 Important Note:
There is a 1" difference between cakes next to each other in size (i.e. 8" and 10").  There is a 2" difference between such sizes as the 9" and 12", and a 3" difference between such sizes as the 10" and 14" cakes.  This will be important when it comes to deciding both the sizes and the decorations.
The top tier will NOT be included in the serving count, this tier is reserved for the first anniversary.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

 

50% of the total order is due at time of order.  This ensures that the desired date is reserved.  Cash or check is accepted, though there will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.  The remaining balance will be due one week prior to the event. 

 

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded in full if cancelled 3 weeks or more before the scheduled event.  If a cancellation occurs less than 3 weeks before the event, the deposit will not be refunded. 

 

Rush orders are taken on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a $50.00 rush fee.  An order is considered rushed if placed less than a month before the event.

 

If the desired cake is tiered or involves fountains or other decorative/supportive structures, a $50.00 refundable equipment deposit, in the form of a check, is required.  This deposit will not be cashed as long as the equipment is returned to me within 3 business days of the event, clean and in its original state.  Should the equipment not be returned, be returned late, or be damaged, the deposit will be cashed to replace the equipment.
